CAQ system
For the continuous improvement and supervision of our high quality level, a process-orientated quality data collection and evaluation system (CAQ system) was developed, by means of which the quality data of customers, products, and processes can be established in great detail and also made available to the customer.
Our CAQ system includes the following functions:
- Inspection of incoming shipments
- Evaluation of suppliers
- Test planning/useful life of components
- Process supervision (by means of ppm target values)
- Customer fault analyses (8D reports)
- Weak points including action controlling (supplier/process/customer)
- Supervision of measuring and testing means
Simultaneously to these quality-assuring measures, regular employee trainings and qualifications are held, in order to update the knowledge of our employees and to procure them new capabilities.
