Assuring Quality: the CAQ System at BuS Elektronik

A high quality level is only useful if it is maintained and improved continuously. To guarantee that this is done, we use a specially developed, process-oriented quality data recording and evaluation system (CAQ system). It enables us to obtain very detailed product- and process-related quality data individually for each customer and to provide that data to the customer. Thanks to a precise traceability, our CAQ system offers a maximum degree of transparency and includes:

• Inspection of incoming shipments
• Supplier evaluation/audits
• Supervision of measuring and testing means
• Test planning/useful life of components
• Customer fault analysis (8D reports)
• Action tracking (vendor/process/customer)
• Process monitoring with early defect detection and elimination

In addition to our CAQ system, regular training events and courses broaden our employees’ expert knowledge and give an introduction to innovative processes and application techniques.
