We, with our modern technical equipment and a team of experienced electronic engineers and electronic specialists, are able to offer a high production standard to our customers. In Automatic Insertion, with 7 SMD lines with an inserting performance of approx. 175,000 elements per hour, we have sufficient capacity to carry out short-term orders as well.

By using the newest technologies, we know how to process fine pitch, BGA, CSP (chip size package), as well as flip chip elements. Should any components not be insertable automatically by reason of their size, weight, packaging etc., there is the possibility of manual insertion.

In addition to inserting and soldering, also the testing is among our core competences of manufacture. The obligatory sight inspection can be extended on accordance with the customer's demands. During the production process, an automatic and optical inspection both of the solder paste print and joints, and of the presence of elements can be performed. For an electrical test, our proving ground includes several test systems (in-circuit test) and customer-specific test positions (functional test). A series of special equipment rounds off our equipment.
