It is not sufficient for us to build up a mere business relationship with our customers. We strive for lasting partnerships where the interests and demands of our customers are the focus.

Highly qualified sales representatives employees are available as contact partners for our customers. Most of them are electrical engineers holding a university diploma (graduation), experienced in sales for many years. The industry-orientated and customer-orientated organisation enables an intensive attendance to customers, in addition to the access to the expertise of our employees. A part of our customers is attended to by key account managers, and the attendance to our customers does not end at all after the careful preparation of an individual offer.

The Orders Coordination, as part of Sales, is responsible for receiving, coordinating, and supervising the customer orders. The employees there are able to inform the customer about the current status of the order, delivery quantities, and dates at any time.

Our Shipping handles all tasks in connection with the dispatch and billing of the boards that are made to customer's orders.

Marketing is the contact and information supplier for our prospective customers and business partners. Marketing is also responsible for advertising, market research, and public relations, in cooperation with the Management.
